- Increase sales by maximizing shelf share in store
- Check assortment in store to minimize out of stock
- Define with Store Manager the best secondary placement for each promo event
- Monitor sales activities to ensure targets are met and take required actions
- Maximize local promotional orders in line with targets
- Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
- Regular reporting of results
Requirements
- Sales experience, preferably in retail or FMCG
- Ability to work in store and interact with retailers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities
- Increase sales by maximizing the shelf share in store
- Check assortment in store in order to minimize OOS
- Define with Store Manager the best secondary placement for each promo event in line with company targets
- Monitor sales activities to ensure that sales targets are met and start required actions to boost sales
- Maximize local promotional orders in line with given targets
- Identifying customer needs and recommend product solutions
- Regular reporting of results
