- Increase sales by maximizing shelf share in store
- Check assortment in store to minimize out of stock (OOS)
- Define with Store Manager the best secondary placement for each promo event
- Monitor sales activities to ensure sales targets are met
- Maximize local promotional orders in line with given targets
- Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
- Regular reporting of results
Requirements
- 0 3 years of sales experience
- Ability to work in store and manage product assortment
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Key Responsibilities
- Increase sales by maximizing the shelf share in store
- Check assortment in store in order to minimise OOS
- Define with Store Manager the best secondary placement for each promo event in line with company targets
- Monitor sales activities to ensure that sales targets are met and start required actions to boost sales and maximise potential of each store
- Maximise local promotional orders in line with given targets
- Identifying customer needs and recommend product solutions
- Regular reporting of results
