Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Sales and Procurement role based in Dubai.
  • The role involves managing end to end procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and products.
  • The team member will build and maintain relationships with clients, understand project requirements, prepare proposals, and support sales initiatives to drive revenue growth in key sectors.
  • Daily tasks include monitoring market trends, coordinating with logistics and operations teams, updating order and inventory records, and resolving service or supply issues promptly.
  • The role also includes preparing reports, supporting training efforts for internal staff or partners on products and processes, and collaborating with management to improve procurement and sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to develop opportunities, manage accounts, and support business growth.
  • Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding and knowledge sharing on products, processes, and systems.
  • Candidates should have experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields, preferably within construction, steel, energy, or industrial sectors.
  • Candidates should demonstrate negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills, with proficiency in standard office and ERP tools.
  • Candidates should be able to work on site in Dubai, collaborate in a multicultural environment, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages and GCC market experience are considered an advantage.
