Job Description
This is an entry-level, full-time, onsite sales support and operations position reporting to the Operations Manager.
The position is located in Calgary, Alberta, at Gambles Ontario Produce.
Schedule
- The intended schedule is Tuesday and Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Thursday and Friday from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- The schedule is flexible and may change based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders by phone, email, and internal online ordering systems.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
- Communicate order status, delivery timelines, and product shortages to customers.
