Responsibilities

- Assist in developing promotional materials, coordinating training or product demonstrations, and gathering market feedback to refine sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer service, track performance metrics, and report on sales and marketing activities
Requirements
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Solid Sales capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
- Sales Management skills to support planning, tracking targets, and managing pipelines
- Training skills to deliver product knowledge sessions and support onboarding
- Relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in distribution, FMCG, or related sectors
- Ability to work on site in the United Arab Emirates and collaborate effectively in a team oriented environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with proficiency in basic office and CRM software
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the UAE market are an advantage

Role Description
- The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time, on site role based in the United Arab Emirates.
- This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing existing accounts, and supporting the implementation of marketing campaigns.
