Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research, networking, and client visits.
• Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and close sales deals in line with company targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit sales quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
• Coordinate with the Finance team for invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and credit approvals.
• Track sales performance and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness activities.
• Manage digital marketing tasks including social media posts, online promotions, and content updates.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support strategic decision-making.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and events to promote the company’s products.
• Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogs.

Coordination & Compliance

• Work closely with Operations to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and UAE regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, client interactions, and approvals.
• Report any non-compliance or irresponsible behavior within the sales team to management.
