- Manage, schedule, and monitor content across social media platforms
- Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon and Noon
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images to improve visibility and conversions
- Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and inquiries on e commerce platforms and coordinate responses
- Track daily and weekly sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure accurate stock updates and product availability
- Support product photography and videography activities
- Assist in planning and maintaining monthly social media content calendars
- Conduct competitor and market research for social media and e commerce channels
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams on campaigns and promotions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or e commerce
- Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop and other Adobe design tools
- Hands on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Portal
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Basic photo and video editing skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
