Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long term partnerships
- Lead and orchestrate cross functional teams/capture teams to develop and present competitive, differentiated solutions and bids to customers
- Define bid pricing, positioning, and channel strategies to maximize competitiveness
- Collaborate with internal teams to align and optimize sales strategies
- Provide technical expertise to customers, delivering tailored solutions for grid optimization and security requirements
- Proactively position products, solutions, services, and new technologies through seminars, workshops, trials, and proof of concept initiatives
- Lead technical and commercial discussions, negotiations, and deal closing
- Support post sales operations and proactively resolve major customer concerns
- Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including EPCs, end users, and consultants
- Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor evolving customer needs, regulatory changes, and market dynamics; translate insights into actionable business strategies
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities, pipeline health, and forecasts to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 8 10 years of experience in sales and marketing in Oil and Gas
- Strong track record of sales and consistently achieving aggressive targets
- Ability to manage complexity, lead through change and operate in fast paced environments
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English

The opportunity
- We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be achieving sales and growth targets within assigned markets and accounts, including pipeline development, management, and accurate sales forecasting.
How you’ll make an impact
- Driving the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long term partnerships.

Your background
