- Lead, coach, and supervise the sales and leasing team to achieve monthly targets
- Monitor property inquiries, leads, viewings, negotiations, and deal closures
- Support team members in client handling, property presentations, and closing transactions
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, tenants, and corporate clients
- Ensure accurate property listings, availability updates, and proper follow up on all leads
- Prepare sales and leasing performance reports for management
- Maintain compliance with company procedures and applicable real estate requirements in Qatar
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance development of team members
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in Doha
- Previous experience supervising or leading a sales or leasing team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage targets, motivate a team, and work in a fast paced environment
- Good knowledge of the Qatar real estate market is preferred
- Valid Qatar driving licence is an advantage
