- Abaad Real Estate Services is a Qatar based company offering valuation, advisory, and brokerage services in the Qatari real estate market.
Role Description
- Identify and list properties, conduct property showings, and guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes.
- Prospect and qualify leads, maintain strong client relationships, and negotiate offers and contracts.
- Prepare and review documents, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and stay informed about market trends.
- Represent Abaad professionally, achieve sales targets, and deliver high quality customer service.
Qualifications
- Relevant Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Property regulations.
- Proven experience in Real Estate transactions including listing, marketing, and closing deals.
- Solid Sales skills with ability to generate leads, negotiate, and meet performance targets.
- Excellent Customer Service skills with client focused approach.
- Familiarity with Doha and Qatari real estate market is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in digital tools and real estate CRM systems; Arabic and English language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work on a commission based structure.
