We’re looking for a driven Property Consultant to handle high‑value sales and leasing, build trusted client relationships, and represent our premium portfolio with confidence and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Conduct viewings and advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Generate and convert leads into successful sales and leasing transactions.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring full compliance with ADREC regulations.
- Maintain accurate listings, CRM records, and regular performance reports.
- Support marketing efforts through digital promotion, events, and brand representation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years’ experience in real estate, ideally in luxury markets.
- Valid UAE driving license; ADREC Broker License or eligibility to obtain.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms; knowledge of UAE real estate laws and portals.
- A pure commission structure designed for top performers who want unlimited earning potential.
