About the Role

- Configure and manage Zoho CRM and Zoho One applications
- Build workflows, automations, blueprints and custom functions
- Develop solutions using Deluge scripting and other programming/coding languages
- Manage APIs, webhooks and third party integrations
- Connect websites, Meta Ads, Google Ads and WhatsApp with Zoho CRM
- Create dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics
- Troubleshoot system, data and integration issues
- Manage users, roles, permissions and data quality
- Train teams and document CRM processes
Requirements
- Proven experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho One
- Strong knowledge of Deluge, APIs, webhooks and CRM automation
- Experience with Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow and Zoho Creator
- Strong problem solving and technical skills
- Ability to manage the Zoho ecosystem independently
- UAE real estate experience is an advantage

Role Overview
- We are looking for a technically skilled Zoho CRM Specialist to manage, develop and optimise our Zoho One ecosystem, both in the frontend and backend.
