Position Overview
- We are currently seeking ambitious and motivated Property Consultants to join our growing sales team.
- In this role, you’ll be guiding clients through the exciting process of buying, selling, and investing in property — acting as a trusted advisor every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Build trust based relationships with clients through excellent communication, professionalism, and follow through.
- Property Listings & Showings: Conduct property viewings, valuations, listing presentations, and open houses.
- Lead Conversion: Proactively work on company provided leads and generate your own pipeline through networking and referrals.
- Negotiations & Transactions: Support clients during offer negotiations, document preparation, and final closings.
- Market Awareness: Maintain up to date knowledge of market trends, pricing, competitive inventory, and real estate laws in Abu Dhabi.
- CRM & Reporting: Log and manage client interactions, listings, and deals through company CRM systems.
What We’re Looking For
- Hard Skills: Basic knowledge of real estate transactions and documentation; Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools (virtual tours, online contracts, etc.); Strong presentation and negotiation skills; Ability to conduct market analysis and pricing strategies.
