Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's real estate projects to prospective buyers and investors
- Engage with Farsi speaking clients and provide professional consultation on property investment opportunities
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, digital platforms, and company provided channels
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project tours
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Negotiate sales agreements and assist clients throughout the transaction process
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project developments
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, property development, luxury sales, banking, or hospitality
- Fluent in Farsi and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Customer focused with excellent relationship building abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is highly preferred
