Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Agent role based in Riyadh.
The Sales Agent engages prospective and existing members, presents membership options and services, and guides individuals through enrollment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries in person and through phone or digital channels.
- Conduct facility tours and explain membership benefits, promotions, and pricing.
- Build customer relationships, maintain accurate sales records, and collaborate to meet membership and revenue targets.
- Represent GymNation values, support member retention, and contribute to a welcoming club environment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and professional written correspondence.
- Customer service and training skills to support members, handle concerns, and educate clients on gym services and policies.
- Sales skills with a track record of meeting targets; familiarity with insurance or membership products is beneficial.
- Basic proficiency in CRM or sales management systems and standard office software.
- Previous fitness, hospitality, or retail sales experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, including evenings, weekends, and peak hours as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional business, marketing, or sports management education is a plus.
- Comfort working in a diverse, fast-paced setting and motivation to help others achieve health and fitness goals.
