Role Overview
GymNation is hiring a Membership Sales Agent for its Dubai locations.
The role focuses on helping prospects transform their lives by connecting them with suitable gym memberships.
The successful candidate will work in a busy gym environment and contribute to membership growth.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through outreach, referrals and local events.
- Understand prospects' motivations and fitness goals.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Convert enquiries into committed members while providing outstanding service.
- Represent the GymNation brand professionally.
- Engage with corporate partners and prospects on the gym floor and through outreach events.
Candidate Profile
- Be outgoing, energetic, confident, self-motivated and target-driven.
- Have a genuine passion for fitness and belief in the product.
- Have excellent communication skills with fluent English.
- Sales or fitness industry experience is a plus but is not essential.
Compensation
- Basic salary is AED 4,000.
- Pay is listed as AED 4,000 to AED 10,000 per month, including uncapped commission and performance-based bonuses.
