Role Overview
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is hiring ambitious and target-driven Sales Agents for its Abu Dhabi team.
The role covers lead generation, client relationships, property presentations, deal negotiation, and sales target achievement.

- The role is full-time and based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Build relationships with buyers, investors, sellers, and landlords.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Promote residential and investment properties across Abu Dhabi.
- Conduct property viewings and professional presentations.
- Negotiate offers, prices, and terms to close transactions.
- Manage the complete sales process from enquiry to completion.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate prospect, client, and transaction records.
- Stay updated on property developments, market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Deliver customer service and build long-term client relationships.
