About the Role
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results-driven Listing Agent for its Abu Dhabi team.
The role builds owner relationships, secures exclusive property listings, and develops a residential and commercial property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Source listings through networking, referrals, calls, and market research.
- Build relationships with property owners and landlords.
- Conduct property presentations, valuations, and market assessments.
- Obtain exclusive and non-exclusive listings.
- Maintain accurate property information, pricing, availability, and documentation.
- Coordinate with marketing to promote listed properties.
- Follow up with owners and provide market feedback.
- Maintain databases of listings and owner contacts.
- Monitor Abu Dhabi market trends, pricing, and competing properties.
- Support sales and leasing consultants with successful transactions.
- Achieve listing and business development targets.
Requirements
- Previous real estate, property sales, leasing, or listing acquisition experience is preferred.
- Abu Dhabi property market knowledge is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are required.
