Job description
The employer is seeking a professional and customer-focused Sales Agent for a dynamic trading environment.
The role focuses on efficient client interactions and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone and through face-to-face interactions.
- Provide detailed information about services and company policies.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, call center, or a similar role.
- Trading or retail industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset are required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service tools is required.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, while additional languages are a plus.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is listed as AED 1,000-5,000 per month.
- The package includes salary, commissions, and performance bonuses.

Working schedule
- Working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
