Call Center Agent role with Bit Culture Commercial Brokerage LLC in Dubai.
The employer seeks a professional and customer-focused agent for a dynamic trading environment.
The role involves phone and face-to-face customer interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone and face-to-face interaction.
- Provide detailed information about services and company policies.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Build client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, call center, or a similar role.
- Trading or retail industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset are required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service tools is required.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is listed as AED 1,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
- The offer includes salary plus commissions and performance bonuses.
- Employment visa and health insurance are provided.
Schedule
- Working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with two days off per week.
- Walk-in interviews are scheduled from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM on the stated Wednesday-to-Thursday dates.
Workplace
- The work location is in person at Latifa Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.
