Job Description
Bit Culture Commercial Brokerage is seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent for a dynamic trading environment.
The role handles client interactions efficiently while supporting customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and face to face.
- Provide information about services and company policies.
- Follow up to ensure customer issues are resolved and customers are satisfied.
- Build client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, call center, or a similar role is required.
- Trading or retail industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset are required.
