We are looking for a full-time Sales Administrator who will work primarily with our Sales and Marketing team.

This role will be responsible for providing sales support, communicate and follow up with customers and prospects, and liaise with other departments.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and be comfortable providing candid feedback so we can continue to provide an exceptional customer experience.

• Follow-up and correspond with customers as required
• Prepare and follow-up on outstanding contracts
• Assist Account Executives in achieving sales targets
• Proactive outreach to customers and prospects
• Research from all sources to acquire leads
• Prepare and distribute sales reports
• Maintain and be the point person for our CRM system
• Participate in sales team meetings
• Work independently on multiple priorities
• Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience during all customer interactions
