Exciting Opportunity: Join Ali & Sons as a Sales Administrator – Skoda
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting a high-performing automotive sales team?
Join Ali & Sons Group as a Sales Administrator in our Sales & Marketing department in Dubai , where you’ll play a vital role in managing Skoda vehicle orders, reporting, invoicing, stock information, and sales administration while ensuring seamless communication between the Brand Manager, Sales Team, and other departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Update the Skoda vehicle reporting system in line with Skoda Principal and Ali & Sons requirements. • Place all Skoda vehicle orders , ensuring updates and changes are accurately maintained in line with Skoda bulletins. • Provide the Sales Team with accurate and timely vehicle specification and pricing information . • Check and confirm all Skoda invoices and ensure timely follow-up. • Process all internal sales invoices and related documentation. • Maintain the internal stock board and stock lists , ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. • Coordinate vehicle checking at the port and ensure the timely transfer of vehicles to the storage facility. • Prepare and complete weekly Skoda Principal reports , including accurate customer details for the CSS program. • Complete and submit monthly support claims to Skoda Principal. • Manage external reports, processing, and filing related to extended warranties . • Provide administrative support and perform other duties as assigned by the Brand Manager.
Role Purpose
