Responsibilities
- Update and prepare the sales rollout for all available projects.
- Review client information in the system based on submitted documents.
- Prepare contracts, memos, cancellation schedules, and ownership-transfer waivers.
- Handle email enquiries and liaise with the sales team.
- Update client records and databases with personal and other data.
- Scan and file documents related to sales contracts.
- Handle sales and pre-selling coordination when needed.
- Maintain monthly sales reports.
- Prepare contracts for the sales team and brokers.
- Provide administrative support to sales representatives, property managers, and senior staff.
Requirements
- One year of real estate contract experience is required.
- Arabic language proficiency is required.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person in Doha.
