Responsibilities
- Communicate with current and potential clients by telephone, email, online chat, and social media.
- Listen to customer questions and concerns and provide prompt resolutions according to company guidelines.
- Maintain a courteous and calm manner when de-escalating stressful situations.
- Document personal information to create, update, or adjust customer accounts.
- Prepare call-related information for auditing and reporting.
- Provide and respond to feedback about the job and its duties.
- Suggest products and services based on client requests and needs.
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls, including cold calls to follow up on orders when needed.
Experience and Language
- Have at least three years of customer service experience.
- Arabic language proficiency is required.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
- The posting requires the role to be located in Doha.
