About the Role
PepsiCo is looking for a Sales Admin & Ops Senior Coordinator in Jeddah to support sales analysis, reporting, and productivity projects. The role involves ensuring KPI reporting, supporting sales AOP, and driving control agenda initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Ensure weekly and monthly reporting for Sales KPI’s for market execution, infrastructure, sales and other parameters.
- Support development of Sales AOP and I&GP Plan by analysing sales KPIs and volume trends.
- Partner with frontline sales & sales leadership to improve effectiveness of sales information organization.
- Support the Sales Productivity Agenda ensuring implementation of monthly freshness report and consolidation.
- Provide periodic update on the market stales, stales spend vs budget and highlight key challenges.
- Support the sales productivity agenda on the Cartons Recycling initiative ensuring budgeted savings are delivered.
- Ensure periodic tracking of the sales team performance through daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Support the Sales Operations Manager in the HC efficiency and Optimization projects.
- Support the control agenda for the OTC cycle in conjunction with the COSO/SOX Lead.
- Ensure all OTC Processes, procedures, and policies are in places that define business operations.
- Ensure periodic amendment of the processes, procedures and policies based on the control and risk assessment workshops.
- Support the COSO lead to ensure Control Workshops are conducted as scheduled.
Requirements
- Organisational ability managing a large workload, strong analytical skills.
- Very Good English and Arabic language skills.
- No travel restrictions.
- Results Driven (results based on specific efficiency and productivity KPIs within predefined time frames).
- Planning & Organising (Multiple priority management).
- Persuasive Communication (Clear, fluent concise communication, gaining agreement and commitment).
- Integrity (Mutual trust, consistent with company ethics and values).
- Execute and operationalize a business strategy.
- University Graduate & Computer Literacy (Windows applications).
