- Handle administrative tasks including documentation, scheduling, filing, and reporting
- Maintain CRM and sales records with timely updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Support day to day office operations and administrative activities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3–4 years of experience in both sales and administrative roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is an advantage
