Responsibilities
- Conduct consultancy, implementation, and auditing for management systems
- Perform first, second, and third party audits
- Develop and implement documentation in accordance with international standards
- Deliver professional training programs and workshops on QHSE and management systems
- Conduct gap assessments, internal audits, and compliance evaluations
- Assist clients in achieving certification and maintaining compliance
- Prepare audit reports, corrective action plans, and follow up activities
- Support clients in continual improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ISO consultancy and auditing
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018
- Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001
- Experience in delivering QHSE and Health & Safety training programs
- Excellent understanding of risk management, compliance, and continual improvement
- Strong report writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects

About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced and motivated QHSE Management Systems Consultant / Lead Auditor to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ISO management system consultancy, auditing, implementation, and professional training.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultancy, implementation, and auditing for management systems.
- Perform first, second, and third party audits.
- Develop and implement documentation in accordance with international standards.
- Deliver professional training programs and workshops on QHSE and management systems.
- Conduct gap assessments, internal audits, and compliance evaluations.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ISO consultancy and auditing.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO/IEC 17025 (preferred)
- Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001.
- Experience in delivering QHSE and Health & Safety training programs.
- Excellent understanding of risk management, compliance, and continual improvement.
- Strong report writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent Health & Safety certification.
- Experience with laboratory management systems and ISO/IEC 17025 implementation.
- Additional certifications in food safety or other ISO standards are an advantage.
