About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team in daily operations
- Prepare and organize sales documentation including MOUs, Form A, Title Deeds, and transaction files
- Maintain and update property listings across CRM systems and property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
- Update and maintain units and property availability status across CRM and databases
- Track leads, listings, and transaction progress to ensure timely follow ups
- Coordinate with agents, developers, clients, and internal departments for documentation and approvals
- Maintain accurate filing systems for all sales records
- Prepare reports related to listings, sales activities, and team performance
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales administration or real estate administrative support in the UAE
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience using CRM systems and property listing portals
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)

Role Overview
