- Coordinate directly with homeowners and agents to prepare and manage property listings
- Handle posting, updating, and maintaining property listings on Bayut, Property Finder, and other platforms
- Prepare and review Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) for resale transactions
- Maintain up to date knowledge and documentation using DARI and Madmoun systems
- Assist in pricing analysis, staging coordination, and gathering documentation for listings
- Organize listing preparations including photography, signage, marketing materials, and scheduling showings
- Support open house coordination and promotional efforts across marketing channels
- Ensure all listing agreements, contracts, and required documents are accurate and complete
- Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and third parties throughout the listing process
- Stay informed on real estate market trends, regulations, and community developments
Requirements
- Must know how to speak and write in Arabic language
- Previous experience in real estate, sales support, or administrative roles within a client facing environment
- Proficient in property listing platforms such as Bayut and Property Finder
- Familiarity with preparing MOUs, and working knowledge of DARI and Madmoun systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Tech savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms
- Detail oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Description
- We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Listing Admin to join our team.
- This role is ideal for someone with a background in real estate, administration, or a related field who is passionate about supporting property listings and ensuring smooth transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate directly with homeowners and agents to prepare and manage property listings.
- Handle the full process of posting, updating, and maintaining property listings on portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, and other relevant platforms.
- Prepare and review Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) for resale transactions.
- Maintain up to date knowledge and documentation using systems like DARI and Madmoun.
- Assist in pricing analysis, staging coordination, and gathering necessary documentation for listings.
- Organize listing preparations, including photography, signage, marketing materials, and scheduling showings.
- Support open house coordination and promotional efforts across marketing channels.
