Overview

  • Looking for a professional and organized Receptionist cum Admin (Arabic Speaker) to join a growing real estate team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
  • Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and office correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to management and the sales team.
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrator, or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in the UAE real estate industry is an advantage.
