- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Develop and maintain strong, long term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of engagement, trust, and customer retention
- Identify, develop, and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
- Drive the achievement of sales, profitability, and cash flow targets through effective account planning and opportunity management
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to support business growth initiatives
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve or exceed sales objectives and business targets
- Monitor, forecast, and report on key account metrics, sales pipelines, and revenue performance
- Lead contract negotiations and renewals to secure mutually beneficial commercial agreements
- Coordinate with legal and relevant stakeholders to address contractual, regulatory, and governance related matters
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT services domain, similar role in Cybersecurity industry is an advantage
- Proven experience in account management, sales, and business development
- Experience selling cybersecurity solutions and services (SIEM, MDR, VAPT, GRC, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

- Conduct regular business reviews and client meetings to assess needs, address concerns, and strengthen partnerships.
