- Achieve assigned sales targets (revenue, margin, and volume) across the AV solutions portfolio
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline
- Drive sales across display systems, video conferencing, digital signage, control systems, and integrated AV solutions
- Identify and close new business opportunities in enterprise, government, hospitality, and education sectors
- Develop and maintain long term relationships with key accounts across Dubai and Abu Dhabi
- Conduct needs assessments and present technically sound AV solutions aligned to client requirements
- Coordinate with pre sales, AV engineers, project delivery, logistics, and finance teams
Requirements
- Proven track record in enterprise sales of AV solutions to corporate, government, and hospitality clients in the UAE
- Solid technical knowledge of AV systems including display systems, video conferencing, digital signage, control systems
- Strong sales pipeline management and forecasting skills with CRM discipline
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work closely with pre sales, engineering, and project teams

Job Summary
- The Sales Account Manager Audio Visual Solutions is responsible for driving revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition for GCG's AV solutions business across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- The role focuses on enterprise sales, relationship management, and consultative solution selling across the full AV portfolio including display systems, video conferencing, digital signage, control systems, and integrated AV solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets (revenue, margin, and volume) across the AV solutions portfolio.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.
- Drive sales across display systems, video conferencing, digital signage, control systems, and integrated AV solutions.
- Identify and close new business opportunities in enterprise, government, hospitality, and education sectors.
- Develop and maintain long term relationships with key accounts across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- Conduct needs assessments and present technically sound AV solutions aligned to client requirements.
- Work closely with pre sales, AV engineers, and project teams to deliver tailored, integrated solutions.
- Coordinate with pre sales, project delivery, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order to delivery lifecycle.
- Build and expand GCG's AV solutions presence in Dubai and Abu Dhabi markets targeting key sectors.
