Role Overview
Join the team as an Abaya Sales Executive serving customers and supporting retail sales.
The role focuses on abaya product knowledge, customer assistance, sales targets, and daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and help them select abayas and related products.
- Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations.
- Maintain knowledge of abaya designs, fabrics, sizes, and styles.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and handle customer inquiries.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Maintain shop displays and arrange products properly.
- Assist with stock checking and daily store operations.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming appearance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Previous sales experience is preferred, especially in abayas, fashion, or luxury retail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A presentable, confident, and sales-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 1,523.73 to AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
