Role Overview
The company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, and cash transactions.
- Assist with monthly and annual financial reports.
Tax and Coordination Duties
- Prepare and maintain VAT records and assist with VAT filing.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, banks, and external auditors.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
- Assist with payroll and other finance-related administrative tasks.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents.
