The employer is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Arabic-speaking Customer Service Representative.
The role provides customer assistance and support through multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Handle complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Communicate in Arabic and English through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
- Follow up on requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain positive and professional customer relationships.
- Coordinate with other departments when required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and reports.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English are required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- A customer-oriented and professional attitude is required.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities are required.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- UAE residence is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
