Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Property Consultants specializing in off plan property sales
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance against KPIs
- Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with major developers in Dubai
- Identify new business opportunities and project launches
- Negotiate and secure exclusive inventory and promotional opportunities with developers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Monitor Dubai real estate market trends, competitor activities, and project performance
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management
- Ensure compliance with DLD and RERA regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's off plan property market and developer landscape
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred
- RERA certification is an advantage

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and results driven Sales Manager – Off Plan Real Estate Brokerage to lead and manage our off plan sales team in Dubai.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing strategic relationships with developers, mentoring property consultants, and achieving company revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Property Consultants specializing in off plan property sales.
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with major developers in Dubai.
- Identify new business opportunities and project launches.
- Negotiate and secure exclusive inventory and promotional opportunities with developers.
- Expand the company's client base through networking and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Support consultants in closing high value transactions.
- Resolve escalated client concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain long term relationships with investors and key clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's off plan property market and developer landscape.
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
- RERA certification is an advantage.
