Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced and results driven Sales Manager – Off Plan Real Estate Brokerage to lead and manage our off plan sales team in Dubai.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing strategic relationships with developers, mentoring property consultants, and achieving company revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Property Consultants specializing in off plan property sales.
  • Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance against KPIs.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with major developers in Dubai.
  • Identify new business opportunities and project launches.
  • Negotiate and secure exclusive inventory and promotional opportunities with developers.
  • Expand the company's client base through networking and strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Support consultants in closing high value transactions.
  • Resolve escalated client concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain long term relationships with investors and key clients.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai's off plan property market and developer landscape.
  • Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
  • RERA certification is an advantage.

  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain developer and investor relationships.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
