- Conduct professional client consultations, project presentations, and site visits
- Negotiate offers and manage the full sales cycle from reservation to completion
- Consistently work towards and exceed individual sales targets

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results driven mindset with a clear hunger to earn and succeed
- Professional presentation and a client focused approach
- Valid driving licence
- Self motivated, disciplined, and performance oriented
- Financial stability to support your first 3–6 months
