About the Role
TASC Outsourcing seeks a Safety Specialist for facility management in Dubai. The role involves conducting SHE inspections, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, leading emergency response, and supporting FM operations.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular SHE inspections across office areas
- Identify workplace hazards, assess risks, and recommend corrective and preventive measures
- Ensure full compliance with UAE SHE regulations, civil defense requirements, and internal SHE policies
- Maintain accurate SHE documentation, inspection checklists, incident reports, and audit records
- Lead and support emergency preparedness, evacuation drills, and incident response activities
- Act as Emergency Response Team (ERT) Leader, coordinating with building management and authorities
- Ensure fire detection, alarm, and firefighting systems are operational, inspected, and tested as per statutory requirements
- Support safety awareness programs and conduct basic HSE inductions and toolbox talks for office staff
- Support daily FM operations within the office environment, ensuring a safe and functional workplace
- Coordinate with FM service providers and contractors (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, pest control, etc.)
- Monitor and follow up on preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for critical building systems
- Raise, track, and close reactive maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution of facility issues
Requirements
- Experience in safety inspections and hazard identification
- Knowledge of UAE SHE regulations and civil defense requirements
- Ability to lead emergency preparedness and response activities
- Experience with fire detection, alarm, and firefighting systems
- Ability to conduct HSE inductions and toolbox talks
- Experience in facility management operations and coordination with service providers
- Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance tracking
