- Monitor site activities to ensure safe work practices and compliance with government regulations, OSHAD, and company HSE policies
- Support construction and project teams with HSE guidance, inspections, safety walk downs, and participation in HSE meetings and campaigns
- Conduct HSE inductions and safety awareness sessions for workers and visitors
- Assist in incident/near miss investigations, reporting hazards, and coordinating corrective actions with contractors and the HSE team
- Promote a 'Zero Accidents' culture by identifying unsafe conditions, recommending practical solutions, and recognizing good HSE performance
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree/Higher Diploma in Engineering
- Fresh graduates with interest and knowledge in health and safety are encouraged to apply
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills
- HSE Training certificates including but not limited to NEBOSH

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for a Safety Officer (UAE National) to join the team in Dubai, Sharjah UAE.

What You'll Be Doing
