- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on site
- Conduct daily safety inspections and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with oil & gas safety regulations and standards
- Investigate incidents and near misses and prepare reports
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions for staff
- Maintain safety documentation and records up to date
- Coordinate with site supervisors to enforce safety protocols
- Monitor PPE usage and ensure proper equipment handling
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE / Safety roles
- Experience in Oil & Gas or Transportation sector is a MUST
- Knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001, or equivalent safety standards
- Valid Safety certifications (NEBOSH / IOSH is a plus)
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure in field environments
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
