About the Role

Responsibilities
- Handle all transactions with MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation)
- Manage ICP (Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security) applications and renewals
- Coordinate with Department of Energy (DOE) for approvals and permits
- Process traffic fine payments and follow ups with Muroor / Abu Dhabi Police
- Handle black points removal and driving license transfers
- Liaise with other relevant departments including Muroor, Abu Dhabi Police, GDRFA, DED, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, Tawtheeq/Ejari
- Process visa applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Handle labor card and Emirates ID processing
- Maintain proper documentation and tracking of all government transactions
- Ensure timely renewals of licenses, permits, and company documents
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a PRO or in a similar government relations role
- Strong knowledge of UAE government portals and procedures (MOHRE, ICP, Muroor, GDRFA, etc.)
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Fluent in Arabic and English (preferred)

We're Hiring: Public Relations Officer (PRO)
- We are looking for an experienced PRO to join our office, responsible for handling all government related transactions and liaison work.
Responsibilities
