- Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across interior fit out project sites
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare and implement risk assessments, method statements, and safety plans
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for site personnel
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all workers and subcontractors
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and clients on all safety related matters
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, permits, and other HSE documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, local authority regulations, and project specific safety requirements
- Promote a positive safety culture and encourage continuous improvement in health and safety practices
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
- NEBOSH IGC certification mandatory
- Experience as a Safety Officer in interior fit out, finishing, or building construction projects
- Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, hazard identification, and risk assessment procedures
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- UAE Driving License is an advantage but not mandatory

Job Overview

Requirements
