Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities in the commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential fit-out sectors.
• The ideal candidate has a strong track record in construction sales, focusing on high-value interior projects, and possesses a robust network of consultants, architects, and developers.
• **Business Generation:** Actively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the interior fit-out industry.
• **Networking:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, project managers, and real estate developers.
• **Proposal Management:** Lead the preparation of PQQs (Pre-Qualification Questionnaires), quotations, and tender submissions in coordination with the design/project management teams.
• **Market Research:** Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to enhance market share.
• **Client Meetings:** Conduct presentations and negotiate contracts to secure projects, ensuring client expectations are met.

Requirements

• **Experience:** Minimum 1–5 years of experience in business development or sales specifically within the UAE fit-out/interior construction industry.
• **Network:** Proven network of contacts (consultants, developers, clients) in the UAE.
• **Skills:** Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• **Technical Knowledge:** Good understanding of interior design, joinery, and fit-out technical aspects.
• **Driver’s License:** Valid UAE driver’s license is required.
• Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
