Job Title - Safety Officer
A **Safety Officer/ HSE officer** is responsible for ensuring that a workplace complies with health and safety regulations and that employees work in a safe environment.
The exact duties can vary by industry (construction, corporate offices), but the core responsibilities are generally similar.
1. Risk Assessment & Inspection
- Conduct regular safety inspections of workplace facilities
- Identify hazards (physical, chemical, biological)
- Recommend corrective actions to minimize risks
- Maintain records of inspections and findings
2. Policy Development & Compliance
- Develop and update safety policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and company standards
- Monitor adherence to safety protocols across departments
3. Incident Investigation
- Investigate workplace accidents and near-misses
- Prepare detailed incident reports
- Recommend preventive measures to avoid recurrence
- Immediate joining preferred
- **Candidate must have 4+ years of UAE experience in the construction industry**
- **Mandatory to have NEBOSH Certification**
- **Valid UAE Driving License Needed**

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
