Job Title -Joinery Foreman
The Joinery Foreman – Installation is responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site joinery installation works, including cabinetry, doors, wardrobes, paneling, and custom woodwork.
The role ensures projects are completed according to drawings, specifications, and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of carpenters and installers on-site
- Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate installation
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades
- Plan daily activities and allocate tasks efficiently
- Monitor progress and ensure work meets quality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures
- Handle site measurements and adjustments when required
- Troubleshoot installation issues and provide practical solutions
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
- Report progress, delays, and material requirements to management
Requirements
- **Proven experience in joinery installation (5+ years preferred in UAE)**
- Previous supervisory or foreman experience
- Strong knowledge of woodworking, cabinetry, and finishing
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and plans
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with site safety standards
- Physically fit and able to work on-site conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical certification or diploma in carpentry/joinery
- Experience working on residential, commercial, or fit-out projects
- Knowledge of modern joinery systems and hardware
- immediate joining preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
