- Inspect incoming raw materials, veneers, laminates, hardware, solid wood, MDF, plywood, and other materials

- Conduct in process inspections at various production stages including cutting, machining, assembly, veneering, polishing, and packing
- Perform final inspections of finished joinery products before dispatch
- Ensure products comply with approved shop drawings, specifications, and quality standards

Job Summary
- The Joinery QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all joinery and woodworking products meet specified quality standards, client requirements, approved shop drawings, and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities Quality Control & Inspection (factory)
- Inspect incoming raw materials, veneers, laminates, hardware, solid wood, MDF, plywood, and other materials.
- Verify material specifications against approved samples and project requirements.
- Conduct in process inspections at various production stages including cutting, machining, assembly, veneering, polishing, and packing.
- Perform final inspections of finished joinery products before dispatch.
- Ensure products comply with approved shop drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
