About the Role

Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain OSHAD & KEZAD compliant OHS Management Systems
- Conduct daily site inspections and risk assessments
- Manage Permit to Work (PTW) systems including Hot Work, Confined Space, Work at Height, Lifting Operations
- Lead toolbox talks and workforce safety awareness programs
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and environmental events; submit reports to management and KEZAD as required
- Ensure compliance with KEZAD OHS Regulations
- Support emergency drills and fire evacuation internally and with authorities
- Monitor security system in the company
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental/Industrial Safety or related discipline
- NEBOSH International General Certificate
- Valid First Aid and Fire Warden certification
- Minimum 3 5 years of HSE experience in industrial facilities, warehousing & logistics, manufacturing plants, or construction & infrastructure
- At least 2 years' experience in UAE

Key Responsibilities
- Implementation and compliance of OSHAD System Framework.
- Compliance with UAE Federal Labor Law and Kezad OHS standards.
- Supporting the implementation of ISO 45001:2018.
- Engage with the H&S team to monitor and ensure continuous compliance across the organization.
- Hazard identification, risk assessment, and control (HIRA / Risk Register).
- Incident prevention, reporting, and investigation.
- Site safety inspections, audits, and monitoring.
- Training, awareness, and toolbox talks.
- Emergency preparedness and response.
- Monitoring security system in the company.
- Contractor and subcontractor OHS compliance.
- Inspection of fire protection and detection system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental/Industrial Safety or related discipline.
- NEBOSH International general certificate.
- Valid First Aid and Fire Warden certification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in industrial facilities, warehousing & logistics, manufacturing plants, construction & infrastructure.
- At least 2 years’ experience in UAE.
- Experience working in KEZAD, ICAD, or similar industrial zones (Optional).
- Experience with permit to work systems, Industrial risk controls.
