Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce compliance with project HSE plans, policies, and procedures
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards
- Ensure compliance with DM, RTA, and UAE health and safety regulations
- Review contractor method statements, risk assessments, and permit to work systems
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports
- Monitor the use of PPE and ensure safe work practices across the project
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and client representatives on HSE matters
- Maintain HSE documentation, inspection records, and statutory reports
- Support emergency preparedness activities and participate in safety audits
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience as a Safety Officer on infrastructure projects
- Experience on Dubai Municipality (DM) and/or RTA projects is mandatory
- Consultancy/Supervision experience is mandatory
- NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- UAE approved safety certifications (OSHAD/IOSH/First Aid) are an advantage
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE legislation, DM, and RTA safety requirements
- Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Safety Officer with a minimum of 10 years of UAE experience to join our supervision consultancy team for major infrastructure projects in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate must have extensive experience on Dubai Municipality (DM) and/or Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) projects and a strong understanding of UAE HSE regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce compliance with project HSE plans, policies, and procedures.
